At Our 200 Acre Farm, we are passionate about growing plants from seed, cuttings, and division, not just for our own use but also to share with others. Our nursery will be a space dedicated to propagating native plants, fruit trees, herbs, and vegetables, ensuring a diverse and sustainable supply of plants that thrive in our climate.

One of our key focuses is seed saving—collecting and storing seeds from our healthiest plants to preserve biodiversity and maintain strong, resilient crops. By selecting seeds from plants that have adapted well to our soil and conditions, we can reduce reliance on commercial seed suppliers and cultivate varieties that flourish naturally on our farm.

Beyond seeds, we will also propagate plants through cuttings, grafting, and division, allowing us to expand our orchards, native plantings, and food production efficiently. This method not only ensures genetic consistency but also speeds up the growth process, providing a steady supply of strong, productive plants.

Our nursery will also support pollinators and wildlife, as many of the plants we propagate will contribute to the local ecosystem. By focusing on Australian natives and other beneficial species, we aim to create a thriving habitat that feeds bees, birds, and insects while regenerating the land.

As we develop our nursery, we hope to share plants and knowledge with the community, helping others grow their own food, support biodiversity, and adopt sustainable gardening practices. Whether through seed saving, propagation, or plant sharing, our nursery will be a key part of our commitment to regenerative farming and environmental stewardship.

“He who plants a tree plants a hope.”
